How to Apply as an Undergraduate Online Student
Ready to earn your undergraduate degree online from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville? While our admission requirements may vary based on your specific program, you’re in the right place to get started.
1. Choose an Online Bachelor’s Degree Program
First, choose the program that fits your career goals and personal interests. We have a growing number of online bachelor’s degree and areas of interest.
2. Complete Your UT Application
- Create an account
- Click “Start New Application”
- You should see 2026 Vols Online pre-populated
- Click “Create Application”
- Complete and submit your application, along with the $75 application fee
3. Send Your Official Transcripts
Send official transcripts from every institution you’ve attended, including dual enrollment or a single course. Transcripts can be emailed to: [email protected], or by mail to:

Confirm Enrollment by: August 1
Spring Semester
Apply by: December 15
